  • Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Since we operate on a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary depending on the supplier's location and your delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • UK, Europe: 10–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days

  • Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • If any expedited shipping options become available in the future, they will be shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if tracking is available).

  • You can track your order through our Order Tracking page or directly via the carrier’s website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • VlotGlow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delays or Issues

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can happen. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at voltglow3@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
